This virtual course will be delivered regionally via Zoom.

Registration is open to insular government professionals.

Course Description

This session will provide participants with knowledge and skills to assess professional ethics, and apply this to their situations and environments. We will:

Review recent regulatory changes in ethics guidance.
Discuss common ethical problem areas.
Recognize new ethical questions related to technology.
Test your knowledge of common ethical requirements.

This session may meet part or all of the ethics renewal requirements for licensed CPAs. Please review your own government’s requirements.

Tuition Fees

With funding support from the United States Department of the Interior, Office of Insular Affairs, courses are available free of charge for government accountability professionals within the insular areas. The course fee is waived and there is no cost to register and attend, Professionals who do not meet the above criteria, please contact [email protected].

Dr. Yamamura (CPA, PhD) brings to more than thirty years of experience in industry and academia to the PITI-VITI training team. She is licensed as a CPA in California and Nevada, and teaches a variety of custom-built courses to Pacific and Virgin Islands professionals.
