Implementing Internal Controls

This course will cover the latest audit findings in grants management. To improve efficiency and effectiveness in fiscal management, it is important to have strong internal controls and a clear understanding of the federal spending rules. This session will assist your organization in defining and clarifying requirements and expectations for internal control over grants management and provide practical tools to update your policies and procedures.
