Course Description

Government Ethics is essential to good governance because democracy lives in care of public trust. This session will explore the role of government ethics and its relationship to public trust. It will also tie-in the concept leading with dignity.

Dr. John J. Rivera, AIF, CFE, CM, SHRM-SCP is an executive coach, consultant, and professor with more than 15 years of diverse experience. John’s expertise and forte are in Human Capital Innovation through Agile Leadership Transformation and Organizational Development - specializing in Emotional Intelligence, Personality Type, and Strategic Talent Capacity Building. Currently, John is a Tenured Associate Professor of Public Administration with the UOG’s School of Business and Public Administration, is the MPA Program Director, and is Co-Founder and Director for the Regional Center for Public Policy.
