Course Description

The Citizen-Centric Report (CCR) Initiative in the Guam Public Law 30–127 is one of the reporting requirements in the government of Guam. From fiscal years 2009 to 2019, a fluctuation in the number of entities complying with this law was observed. This session will discuss the history of this initiative, the trend of this reporting requirement, and best practices in preparing a high-quality report.

Doreen Crisostomo, Ph.D., CGFM, CFE, CICA

Guam

Dr. Doreen T. Crisostomo, CGFM, CFE, CICA is a tenured Full Professor of Accounting in the School of Business and Public Administration at the University of Guam. She teaches Governmental Accounting for accounting and non-accounting majors, Accounting Systems, Ethics for the Accountant, and oversees the accounting internship program. She serves as the Guam Chapter Program Director, Guam Chapter Accountability Director, AGA National Professional Ethics Board, Guam Housing Corporation Board Director, and Reviewer for the GFOA’s Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) program.
