Course Description
Pandemic relief funds provided through the passage of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act and the American Rescue Plan of 2021 has resulted in a large number of grants being awarded to aid in the fight against Covid 19 to many first-time recipients.
This course provides you the information and best practices to guide and assist first -time recipients awarding, managing, reviewing, or auditing contracts issued using pandemic relief funds.

This course is designed for first time recipients of federal grants including grantees, pass-thru entities, sub-contractors, monitoring officials, finance officials, and auditors.
With funding support from the United States Department of the Interior, Office of Insular Affairs, courses are available free of charge for government accountability professionals within the insular areas.
