If your governmental organization had federal expenditures during the year, your organization may be subject to a Single Audit. However, not all organizations are subject to Single Audits. This session will provide an overview of the Single Audit Act, the Uniform Guidance, and the OMB Compliance Supplement, and will focus on the auditee’s responsibilities during the Single Audit process.

Mizpah Wiegand is an audit senior manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP, specializing in the performance of audits of federal awards in compliance with the Single Audit Act. Mizpah began her career with Deloitte in 1991. With nearly 30 years of experience performing Single Audit engagements, she leads the Single Audit compliance and education efforts for the Audit and Assurance practice.
