Pilar Pangelinan

Guam

Pilar Pangelinan is currently the President of the Association of Government Accountants Guam Chapter and an Accounting Professor at Guam Community College.

She has taught Accounting courses for over fifteen years. She earned an Associate degree at Pima Community College, then transferred to the University of Arizona for her Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Personnel Management. She later earned her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Guam. She has earned the following certifications Accredited Financial Counselor and Certified Bookkeeper.

At the Guam Community College, she is an advisor of Beta Beta Xi, a chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, which is the honor society for the two-year college and the Association of Junior Accountants.
