Jerrick J.J.G. Hernandez is an Accountability Auditor III at the Guam Office of Public Accountability (OPA), and has been with OPA since April 2009. He started as an intern and is now an Audit Supervisor, leading audit teams in conducting performance audits and monitoring and providing oversight in the issuance of financials audits. He is also the primary auditor responsible for administering procurement appeals.
Jerrick graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in June 2004. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting degree from the University of Guam in June 2008 and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree from Gonzaga University in May 2019. Jerrick also completed the Graduate School USA’s Executive Leadership Development Program in June 2017.
Jerrick received the Certified Government Audit Professional (CGAP) designation in February 2013 and the Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA) designation in January 2017. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the Association of Government Accountants, the Institute for Internal Controls, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
